Nå, kan se efter lidt Google søgninger, at Windows Live Platinum faktisk “bare” er en virus og ikke et rigtigt Windows program. Det forklarer jo, hvorfor jeg ikke bare kan fjerne det fra Tilføj/fjern programmer. Er der nogen, der ved, hvordan jeg så kommer af med møget? Har fundet et amerikansk site, hvor der står man kan indtaste en ‘registrator key’, der fjerner pop ups’ne, så det er muligt at køre fx Explorer igen. Kan nogen her verificere den måde at gøre det på?

Installer og start programmet, klik på fanen opdater, klik Tjek for opdatering, lav “Fuld system skan” under fanebladet “skanner”
Bagefter klik på “vis resultater”, tryk på “Fjern det valgte” gem loggen og send den herind sammen med logs fra DDS.

Du kan også bruge denne DDS.

Den laver to logs,(DDS.txt og Attach.txt) gem dem på skrivebordet og kopier indholdet af begge herind.

Har du rettet i logs, for at fjerne brugernavn

Hvis du gør det, må du gerne skrive “rettet” eller lignende, men du må ikke erstatte det med punktummer, da det mest af alt minder om opførsel en infektion kunne gøre.

Det har nemlig en anden betydning - når det står på den måde

Ja, jeg har rettet mit brugernavn til tre punktummer. Jeg var ikke klar over, at det var et problem. Nye logs?

Du skal bare erstatte det med noget andet i fremtiden.

Højreklik på skrivebordet og vælg ny->tekstdokument og kopier det fremhævede ind og gem filen som CFScript

Tag så fat i den nye fil med musen, og før den hen over ComboFix-filen, hvorefter du “giver slip” med musen.

Så skulle ComboFix gerne give sig til at arbejde. Muligvis vil den kræve en genstart, hvilket du skal tillade. Du bør ikke klikke på vinduet imens værktøjet kører, idet det kan få din computer til at fryse.
Når Combofix er færdig, og efter det (muligvis) har genstartet, skulle der gerne åbnes en logfil combofix.txt som ligger her C:\Combofix.txt
