På en måde havde jeg opgivet og ville meddele dette på tirsdag. Éfter sletning af den omtalte mappe og geninstallering af Firefox kørte den fint igen, men kun ganske kort tid. Så frøs skærmen fast. Så gav jeg egentlig op og afinstallerede Firfox og indstillede mig på at leve med IE. Men nu har jeg prøvet at installere igen, og jeg har kørt med Firefox i 10 minutter uden at skærmen fryser fast, så nu kører den forhåbentlig. Ellers lever jeg med Internet Explorer.
Da jeg prøvede tidligere, synes jeg af Firefox-mappen dukkede op igen, men det gør den ikke nu. Jeg vedlægger et billede fra Stifinder.

Min Avast plejer at starte ved opstart. Det gør den ikke mere, og jeg kan ikke finde noget sted i den, hvor jeg kan slå denne funktion til. Hvordan gør man det?

Nej, nu var jeg igen for hurtig. Jeg har siddet og kørt med Firefox uden problemer en times tid her til morgen. Men da jeg ville køre igen nu kl. 8,15 frøs skærmen igen fast. Jeg nåede lige at se, at der nederst til venstre stod: Loader a.bingK. - - . Mere nåede jeg ikke at se, før den skiftede videre (i Berlingske), men skærmen frøs igen fast, det vil sige, at jeg kan intet foretage mig, hverken komme videre eller lukke for Firefox. Jeg kan dog kalde skrivebordet frem og derfra starte IE, som jeg kører med nu.

Jeg kan godt leve uden Firefox, men det er lidt mærkeligt, at den ikke kan køre. Nu kom der en fejlmelding som jeg har set før, men ikke kender betydningen af. Jeg vedhæfter den.
Da jeg valgte afslut script fik jeg tom side, men kan stadig ikke afslutte Firefox. Jeg ved, at jeg kan gøre det via Ctrl+alt+del.

Kan der stilles noget op, eller skal jeg bare leve uden Firefox? Jeg er mest nervøs for, om der ellers ligger noget skidt på computeren.

Blekko ser jeg ikke noget til mere.
Avast starter ikke ved opstart.
Firefox fryser. Jeg har set i Stifinder igen, og nu ser det ud som vist på vedhæftede.

Jeg har kun gjort, hvad du har instrueret om. Men jeg tænker på den kørsel i OTL, hvor jeg ikke havde fået slået Avast fra. Som jeg skrev, forsøgte jeg kørslen igen med både Avast, og Armor og Firewall slået fra, men jeg syntes at kørslen var så lynhurtig og gav så kort et resultat, at det virkede forkert. Jeg har haft lyst til at slette OTL og geninstallere og forsøge at køre Rensningen igen, men ville ikke gøre det uden din accept.

Jeg håber ikke, at jeg igen har klokket i det. Jeg fik en popup, som fortalte, at filen lå i Hentede filer, men i den samme popup kunne jeg vælge Kør. Det gjorde jeg, og har altså ikke kørt den ved at højreklikke og køre som administrator. Og nu kan jeg ikke finde programmet i Hentede filer. Og jeg kan ikke huske, hvad det hed, og kan derfor ikke søge efter det i Stifinderen.

Jeg har fundet programmet. Det lå i Overførsler og ikke som popuppen sagde i Hentede filer.

Er både avast og Online Armor “ude af drift”, for de står som deaktiverede

Installer og start programmet, klik på fanen opdater, klik Tjek for opdatering, lav “fuld systemskan” under fanebladet “skanner”.
Bagefter klik på “vis resultater”, tryk på “Fjern det valgte” gem loggen og send den herind.

Mht.: Vista og Windows 7 - Højreklik på filen - Kør som Administrator.

NB Når du opdaterer Malwarebytes, så klik på “Tjek for opdatering” til den skriver at der ikke er flere opdateringer.

Jeg har deaktiveret Avars og Armor og slået Firewall fra under skanninger.

Under skanningen med Malwarebytes nu fandtes intet. Det er vel derfor, der ikke er nogen mulighed for at klikke på “Fjern det udvalgte”
