Du vil nu få en advarsel, om at disse filer slettes fuldstændigt fra dit system, og om du ønsker at fortsætte. Klik på Ok for at svare ja til det. Sæt flueben ved ->  Vis mig ikke denne besked igen.

Installer programmet - når det er gjort skal du lade programmet opdatere sig. Herefter åbner et vindue, hvor du skal flytte prikken til “Kør et fuldstændigt systemscan” - klik på Skan Knappen - lad programmet arbejde. Når det er færdig (det tager lidt tid afhængig af hvor meget du har på computeren).

Derefter - Tryk på “Vis resultater” knappen efter scanningen - og herefter tryk på “Fjern det valgte” - nu åbnes log’en og du skal gemme den et sted, hvor du kan finde den igen.

NB Hvis Malwarebytes Anti-Malware vil genstarte computeren for at fuldføre rensningen så lad den genstarte.

Mit cd-rom drev virker overhovedet ikke.  Har fået en ny mobiltelefon med en driver, og der sker intet når jeg lægger den i. Hvad gør jeg??

1: Kontroller at Shell Hardware Detection kører.
->Start->Kør “services.msc”. Find Hardwaregenkendelse, og kontroller at den kører og er sat til Automatisk.

2: Prøv: Start->Kør devmgmt.msc <enter>.
Højreklik på det optiske drev - vælg Fjern og genstart computeren.

3: Start->Kør: Regedit <enter>.

jeg har udført punkt 1 til 3 og drevet er der rigtig nok igen. Men når jeg ligger en cd med vores feriebilleder på, så snurrer cdén og der sker ikke mere. Og hvad med mit program til at brænde/kopiere cdére “Sonic” som er væk.  Jeg kan ikke klare punkt 4 og 5 da de er på engelsk og der må jeg kapitulere. Håber du kan hjælpe mig videre.
